Best Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our team in Coolum Beach, Queensland. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our growing business and delivering high-quality services to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial air conditioning systems and commercial refrigeration.
Install new refrigeration and air conditioning units according to manufacturer specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of HVAC equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical processes and procedures.
What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in refrigeration and/or air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (3rd & 4th Year Apprentices will be considered for alternative roles).
Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician.
Strong technical skills in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of HVAC systems.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's licence.
