Marketing Coordinator – Hyperdome Shopping Centre
We are currently looking for a professional, self-motivated, experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our centre management team at Hyperdome Shopping Centre. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in Retail Property. If you have experience supporting marketing functions with a keen interest in retail property, we would love to hear from you. This role will work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to deliver the centre's marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Marketing Manager in strategic planning and campaign development
• Manage and implement minor campaigns as per the Marketing Calendar
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support retailer communication and engagement with marketing initiatives
• Manage digital marketing platforms including website content, social media, and EDMs
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and cost-benefit analysis of marketing activities
• Drive community initiatives and retailer collaboration
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies
We are looking for applicants with the following experience and attributes:
• Qualification in Marketing or similar highly regarded
• 1–2 years' experience as a Marketing Assistant / Marketing Coordinator
• Experience supporting digital marketing and implementing campaigns
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and CMS
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Positive, dynamic, and proactive attitude
