**The opportunity**:
You will participate in the day-to-day operation of the Guest Services Office at Movie World Gold Coast by answering guest queries, resolving, and following up complaints and responding to and participating in emergency situations.
**Your day to day**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service essential
- Organised individual with robust administrative skills
- Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Advanced interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Team focus with a high level of confidentiality
- Cash handling experience essential
- Provide First Aid and Provide CPR certification essential, or you must be willing to undertake this training at your own expense
- Must be able to work on any day, including weekends, evening functions and school holidays
- Ability to work across VRTP properties
**What you'll bring**:
- Prior experience in a similar front of house operational role would be an advantage
- To always communicate professionally and effectively with guests
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with guests with injuries
- The ability to navigate around the Accesso system an advantage
- Demonstrated ability dealing with guest complaints and resolution process
- Possess the ability to multitask
- Display good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a small team environment
