About the Role
As an Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the efficient administrative management of the school by providing timely and relevant support to the Principal and Business Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing routine administrative tasks, including reception duties, correspondence, and maintaining school records.
Managing day-to-day financial matters such as processing payments, reconciling invoices, and handling banking tasks.
Assisting with school maintenance, safety inspections, and organising community use of school facilities.
Preparing and drafting documents, reports, newsletters, and other school-related materials.
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and support in line with school policies.
