As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead upcoming commercial new-build projects across metropolitan Sydney. ABOUT THE POSITION As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple projects from $15M–$60M. You’ll take charge of project planning, client engagement, programming, budgeting, and delivery. Working with a strong internal team and reliable subcontractor base, you’ll ensure high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build a strong reputation in the market. DUTIES Manage end-to-end project delivery across new build scopes. Oversee programming, procurement, and contract administration. Lead client and stakeholder communication throughout project phases. Manage and support site teams to ensure WHS and quality compliance. Report regularly on project budgets, timelines, and milestones. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience managing commercial new build construction projects over $20M Background delivering projects in education, health, or retail sectors is highly regarded. Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills. Sound understanding of contract admin, construction methodology, and local compliance. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
