* Prior experience within the Employment Services Industry is highly desirable.
* You should possess transferrable skills from Sales, Marketing or Customer Service industry.
* Passionate about finding people employment.
* Business development experience is highly desirable.
* A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt.
* Ability to work full-time from the office – This is not a Work from Home Role.

About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will play a key role in shaping the future for people looking for sustainable employment through our Disability Employment Services contract.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans.
* Supporting job seekers to develop confidence and build their skills to re-enter the workforce.
* Adhering to government contractual requirements within a quality & compliance framework.
* Providing post-placement support to job seekers and employers.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Working with employers to manage employer vacancies.
