Telecommunications Expert
We are seeking a Telecommunications Expert to join our dynamic team working on high-impact telecommunications projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering end-to-end microwave transmission solutions.
* Lead technical design, commissioning and troubleshooting of microwave radio links.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate installation and mapping.
* Perform link budget analysis, LOS reports and testing.
* Support fibre builds and civil construction works where microwave transmission is required.
* Maintain documentation and compliance with systems like Helix and MNIS.
Main Responsibilities:
The Ideal Candidate:
* Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Telecommunications preferred).
* Strong experience in microwave radio transmission, ideally with networks.
* Proven project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Technical expertise in configuration, testing and commissioning of transmission solutions.
