We're partnering with a growing brokerage business seeking an experienced Loans Processor to join their expanding team. With strong performance across the wider business and continued growth in their commercial and home loans division, this is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a senior, autonomous role.
You'll work closely with Brokers and fellow Processors to manage loan applications end-to-end, ensuring a seamless experience for clients across both residential and commercial lending.
This is a fully office‐based role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment while confidently managing their own pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end processing of commercial and home loan applications
* Liaising with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth settlements
* Managing compliance documentation and system updates
* Maintaining strong turnaround times and high attention to detail
* Supporting brokers to drive business growth
About You
* 3–5+ years' experience as a Loans Processor
* Background within a brokerage firm preferred (ex‐bank candidates also considered)
* Experience using AFG and Flex systems highly regarded
* Confident working autonomously and managing competing priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
