Job Description:

This role involves engaging prospects and customers about their related initiatives to help them develop a more efficient approach using our DSS platform.
Responsibilities:
* Educate customers on the value of Dataiku
* Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers
* Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns
* Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Dataiku buying cycle
* Develop C-Level vision alignment with prospects and customers
* Sell innovation and new concepts to large Enterprises
* Handle inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues appropriately
* Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback for continuous improvement
Success Profile:
* 3-5 years' experience in software field sales or other relevant sales experience
* Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises
* Strong ability to develop vision match with prospects and customers
* Good articulation of competitive positioning
* Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration preferred
* Possesses advanced interpersonal communication skills
* Adaptable with a growth mindset
