About the Team The Financial Performance and Investments division provides comprehensive financial services, including budgeting, procurement, customer accounts, and investment management. You’ll be joining a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional services and outcomes for customers. About the Role In this role, you’ll support the Customer Financial Services team by delivering high-quality services in paying bills, processing investments, and securing income for NSW Trustee and Guardian customers. You’ll be responsible for: Handling high-volume, complex customer finance transactions Supporting and guiding internal Client Service Officers Ensuring the delivery of timely and consistent customer accounts and investment management services, aligned with Customer Excellence Principles About You We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience in a high-volume customer service environment within the financial services industry Knowledge and experience in payments processing, accounting, or financial services (superannuation, investment, retail banking, or insurance) Experience completing financial processes and reporting Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience in a related field such as finance, accounting, or systems If you’re looking to get your foot in the door with a government division, this is your chance!
