Prior Transport Management System experience
High level written and verbal communication skills
A professional approach to business management
High level organisational skills
Ability to work in a team environment & autonomously
Ability to work under pressure and have a proven ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
Staff management
Client management
Overseeing customer service, admin and operational functions in SA depot
Backup to multiple staff positions (internal sales, customer service, admin, dispatch, pallet control etc)
Internal process review, generation and implementation
Data processing and review
