About the role: Responsible for the selection, purchase and delivery of merchandise in accordance to OTB. Develop a compelling product and brand offering that differentiates from their competition. Using commercial skills, combined with the ability to analyse customer's needs and research to effectively deliver long term strategic growth. Managing the end-to-end Critical Path processes. Managing and using strategies to achieve the financial plans including sales, profit and stock turn. Partner with the wider buying and planning team to deliver a cohesive offering. Commercially manage stock flow, whilst delivering a high-performance and profitable brand matrix. Through your leadership, develop and foster strong and mutually beneficial long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. To ensure your success: Minimum 3 years experience as a Buyer in a Retail Environment preferably within the Food sector. Strong ability to interpret trends and build relevant, commercial ranges. Great collaboration skills as you will work closely with other Buyers, Planners and QA teams, locally and internationally. Strong negotiation skills. Exceptional time management skills.
