ConsMin produces some of the world's highest grade manganese ore and is considered a world leader in manganese mining. Our Australian operation (Woodie Woodie) is based in the WA Pilbara, 407 km south‑east of Port Hedland. Overview
ConsMin is recruiting experienced HME Boilermakers for the Woodie Mine site. These roles operate on a 14:14 (14 days: 14 nights) FIFO schedule from Perth.
Responsibilities
* Ongoing repairs and maintenance of the company mining fleet consisting of CAT and Komatsu equipment (e.g., CAT 6020B and PC1250 excavators; Cat 988K/992K loaders; Cat 16M graders; Cat D10T/854K dozers; Cat 777F/G dump trucks and water carts).
* Work predominantly on bucket repairs/rebuilds, tray work, wear packages, and general fabrication.
* Ensure safe working practices and good housekeeping in the workshop and around the mine.
* Perform all work activities with the highest regard to industry safety standards.
* Work independently as well as part of the Mobile Maintenance team.
Requirements
* Trade qualified in Engineering Fabrication.
* Extensive mine site experience with Hitachi, CAT, and Komatsu equipment.
* Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
* Current MR truck licence.
* National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months).
* Ability to complete a pre‑employment medical.
* Pass a full pre‑employment medical and provide a clean NPC (dated within the last 6 months or obtainable).
* Provide valid references.
