What's the role?
As a Manager - Group Performance & Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance insights through reporting and analytics aligned with the bank's strategy and competitive landscape. You will support business conversations and decision-making with efficient, data-led, driver-based insights, while balancing performance with commercial value, risk, innovation, sustainability, productivity and digitisation. A key focus will be simplifying processes to eliminate non-value-add work and create capacity for meaningful analytics.
What do I need?
* 3+ years banking or financial services experience desirable
* Working towards or Chartered / CPA qualification desirable
* Extensive practical application of Excel skills; and experience with BI / reporting tools and large data sets desirable
* Experience with financial modelling, process and or report design
* Solid collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
* Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation whilst maintaining customer service
