We are seeking a highly skilled and values-driven Business Manager, to join our dedicated team. The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in providing strategic, financial and operational leadership that supports the Principal and ensures the effective stewardship of the school's resources. The role oversees the areas of finance, compliance, administration and facilities, contributing to the ongoing growth and sustainability of our school.

Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following five criteria in no more than two (2) A4 pages total.
1. Christian Ethos & Leadership
Demonstrated commitment to a Christian ethos, with the capacity to model faith-based values, mentor staff and contribute positively to school culture and mission.
2. Financial & Governance Expertise
CA/CPA (or IPA) qualification (MBA desirable) and 5+ years' accounting/finance experience covering budgeting, forecasting, analysis, statutory/audit compliance and quality-assurance/monitoring systems; proven ability to advise the Principal, Finance Committee and School Council on strategy, risk and sustainability.
3. Strategic Delivery & Change
Proven capability to conceptualise, plan and implement strategic developments and projects; experience leading change management in an education or similar setting; confidence to provide timely, evidence-based advice to executive and governance.
4. People, HR & Relationships
Excellent leadership and team capability, including supervision, performance development and constructive staff relations; high-level consultative, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills; demonstrated growth mindset and commitment to lifelong learning.
5. Systems, Compliance & Operations
High-level ICT competence; experience with TASS (or equivalent school administration/finance systems) desirable; demonstrated policy development and implementation (including alignment with LEQ/LCAQD requirements), WHS and risk processes, and strong internal controls.
