Order Processing Coordinator Role
Exceptional customer service delivery relies heavily on efficient order processing. The Sales Order Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Key responsibilities include monitoring and processing incoming orders, collaborating with stakeholders to meet customer demands, and resolving order discrepancies related to data integrity, shipping issues, pricing, and credit holds.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A customer-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as EDI and Oracle experience.
Responsibilities also encompass managing out-of-stock and backorder queries, preparing daily reports on stock levels and invoices, and liaising between customers, sales, finance, and distribution teams.
As a key team member, the Sales Order Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams for credit claims, marketing orders, and transfer requests.
