Consultant Year 1-9 $412,161 - $523,436 p.a. (inclusive of base salary, PDL and 12% superannuation)
About The Role
We invite experienced and enthusiastic Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to take on a rewarding role to provide specialist care to patients at Kalgoorlie Health Campus, as well as across the region, including Esperance. You will join a supportive team of two other specialists and three registrars, with on‑call coverage supplemented by four GPOs .
The department is actively involved in teaching and training, serving as an accredited site for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) Associate Training Program (Procedural) and Associate Training Program (Advanced Procedural) and hosting students from the Rural Clinical School .

Kalgoorlie Health Campus is a 100‑bed inpatient facility and the largest regional public hospital in WA. When you join the team at Kalgoorlie Health Campus, you'll become part of a close‑knit community of health professionals including specialist general surgeons, physicians, paediatricians and emergency medicine doctors.
The hospital supports medical students through the Rural Clinical School, junior doctors rotating from Perth, Workplace Based Assessment doctors and registrars across a number of specialties. Fly‑in fly‑out clinicians and private clinicians provide additional supportive health services to the region.
Kalgoorlie is Australia's largest outback city, and the heart of Western Australia's Goldfields region – Australia's gold capital. The area is more than three times the size of Victoria and covers almost a third of WA's total land mass.
