Lifeguard Role
This Permanent Part-Time position is pivotal in shaping the member experience and ensuring the safety of our destination.
You will supervise the aquatics space, identify potential risks, and manage water quality and plant room functions.

About You
We seek a team player, effective communicator, and someone dedicated to community safety and well-being.
Criteria
1. Ability to obtain Pool Lifeguard licence, First Aid & CPR Certificates (training agreement available)
2. Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
3. Strong communication and customer service skills
4. Pool Lifeguard licence
5. Previous lifeguard or SLSC experience
We require candidates to requalify annually in all Lifeguard specific competencies and annually (paid for by us).
Shift Information
Flexible hours and days are required. Shifts range from open (4:45am) to close (8pm). Australian work rights are essential.
