The Client Services Manager at Avance Clinical is responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional client experiences during the critical phase from study award through to contract finalisation.
This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating transparent communication, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal departments.
Work closely with clients, Proposal Managers, Business Development Managers, Project Finance, and Project Directors/Project Managers to support efficient and timely contract execution, including the preparation of Start Up Agreements (SUAs), Work Orders (WOs), and Change Orders (COs).

To be successful you will need 3-5 years experience in a similar role
