About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and practical support to individuals with diverse needs, including those with mental health diagnoses and complex requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care in SIL homes.
* Supporting clients to achieve their goals through tailored plans.
* Facilitating community access - shopping, social outings, and transport to appointments.
About You
We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive individuals who can make a positive impact. Ideally, you'll have:
* A relevant qualification (Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Cert IV in Mental Health).
* Experience in complex care and mental health support.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
* A current Driver Licence, Working with Children Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate.
