The brand has been around for decades, continues to grow, and genuinely values people who bring confidence, personality, and a hands‐on leadership style to the business.
This role is perfect for a leader who loves being on the floor, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, and knows how to get the best out of a team without relying on a script. You'll lead an established concession at Pacific Fair, driving sales, developing your team, and setting the tone for the customer experience every single day.

* Previous retail management experience
* Strong sales and KPI results
* Premium or fashion retail background
* Natural leadership and people skills
* Confident communicator with presence
* Hands‐on and team‐focused approach
