We're seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role supporting both people and operations across the business. You'll work closely with leaders across the business, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration and people processes while helping to build a positive and accountable workplace culture.
What you'll be doing:
* Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
* Preparing contracts, HR documentation and employee records
* Supporting managers with probation reviews and employee processes
* Assisting with HR compliance, reporting and workforce data
* Coordinating culture initiatives, engagement activities and events
* Supporting HR systems, process improvements and training records
* Acting as a trusted first point of contact for employee queries
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a HR Administration or HR Coordinator role
* Degree qualified in HR, Business, Commerce or related discipline
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment
* Understanding of Fair Work and employment legislation fundamentals
* A resilient, adaptable and team-oriented approach
