**About the opportunity**
We are opening our doors at City Cave Clyde North and have an exciting opportunity for an Cave Diver & Float Assistant to be part of our team as we lead our newest centre to success. This role will be responsible executing back of house activities such as ensuring rooms and flipped in a timely fashion and the centres kept clean and well maintained. In addition you will also be executing front of house activities such as providing exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Helping Float Attendants with the overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
- Helping Float Attendants maintain sales and second line of income targets.
- Merchandising of inventory.
- Linen inventory.
- Helping Float Attendant with the Administration and Diary Management.
- Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
- Assist in marketing for the centre.
- Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre.
- Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
- Weekly Stocktake.
- Ensure the facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
- Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.
- Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client.
- Health Fund Receipting.
- Clinical Documentation Compliance for Massage Therapists.
- Massage Therapist Communication
- Brand compliance.
- Supplier Communication.
- Ability to promote business on social media.
