As the welcoming face of our practice, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience for our clients.
We have both Casual and Permanent Part-Time positions available.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing front desk operations intakes and client enquiries with empathy and professionalism
* Scheduling appointments, processing intakes and maintaining accurate client records
* Assisting with administrative tasks to support our clinical team
* Creating a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment for clients
