About the Role
ERoad is expanding its footprint in the Australian market and is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to join the team in Sydney or, for the right candidate, Melbourne. Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new opportunities within large enterprise segments.
* Engage key decision‑makers (C‑suite executives, fleet managers) using a consultative approach.
* Deliver compelling demonstrations, presentations and stories that highlight how EROAD's solutions meet specific needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with business needs and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
* Take initiative, adapt to dynamic environments and explore new ways of achieving success.
What We're Looking For
* Driven Sales Professional – Demonstrated experience in business development with a knack for generating new leads and closing deals (background in transportation or fleet management is a plus).
* Exceptional Communicator – Strong storytelling, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage decision‑makers effectively.
* Self‑Starter – Motivated and confident, excellent time‑management skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
* Flexible and Growth‑Oriented – Open to learning new technologies, adapting to a dynamic environment and willing to travel regionally, interstate, and internationally as required.
