What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee daily warehouse operations and team performance
* Support the onboarding process for a new customer, ensuring a smooth transition
* Coordinate receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and freight handling
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
* Operate and supervise forklift operations (counterbalance and high reach)
* Use systems like CargoWise One to manage freight and reporting
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate documentation and support audits
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (essential)
* Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
* IT literacy with exposure to warehouse systems (CargoWise One preferred)
* Forklift licence (preferred)
* Flexibility to work shifts between 6am and 5pm
