Job Summary
As a robotics engineer, you'll be hands-on with the hardware and systems that bring robots to life.
You'll assemble, test, and maintain complex robotic subsystems from actuators and motors to sensors and embedded electronics, ensuring everything works together seamlessly.
* Assemble, calibrate, and test robotic subsystems including actuators, joints, and sensor arrays.
* Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
* Support engineers in validating new hardware and software integrations.
* Maintain robots used for development, demos, and customer deployments, ensuring uptime and reliability.
* Document processes, test results, and maintenance logs to feed into continuous improvement.
* Diploma, trade qualification, or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
* 2+ years of experience in a robotics, mechatronics, or hardware workshop environment.
* Strong practical skills in assembly, wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
* Comfortable using lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
