We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Pakenham team.
This is a dual-role position combining internal sales support with warehouse administration. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is customer-focused, and takes pride in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
🔧 About the Role:
As the Internal Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day branch operations. This is a diverse position involving a wide range of tasks critical to branch performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll be helping customers (mostly trade) find the right lubrication solutions, while also ensuring accurate stock handling, order dispatch, and warehouse efficiency.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and professional customer service (phone, email, and over-the-counter)
* Process sales orders including quoting and invoicing
* Assist with stock control, goods receipting, and inventory checks
* Support general warehouse organisation and upkeep
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
* Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Interest in learning about lubricants and their applications across multiple sectors
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Good communication and computer skills (basic Microsoft Office / POS systems)
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in sales, warehousing, or customer service is a plus
* Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
