About the Role
Join our team and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality allied health services across the Riverland and Mallee Coorong region. Working under the guidance of experienced allied health professionals, you’ll help make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and clients while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For
Essential Criteria
* Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent qualification)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across diverse communities
* Ability to work under supervision, adapt to changing needs, and follow policies and procedures
* Good organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Relevant experience in a service environment and understanding of confidentiality and ethical practice
Desired Criteria
* Relevant certificate-level training and willingness to learn and develop under supervision
* Experience in an Allied Health Assistant or healthcare setting, including manual handling
* Understanding of work health and safety practices and safe manual handling techniques
