About Oral Health Victoria
Oral Health Victoria (formerly Dental Health Services Victoria) is the leading public oral health agency in Victoria. We aim to improve the oral health of all Victorians, particularly vulnerable groups, and those most in need. OHV is funded by the State Government to provide clinical dental services to eligible Victorians.
About the role
As the first point of contact for our consumers, you will play a key part in shaping their experience with our services. You will help connect people to the care they need by providing clear, compassionate, and accurate support.
Responsibilities
* Telephony – inbound and outbound calls
* Email communications
* Service Desk Setting
* General administrative support
Requirements
* Contact centre experience – manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
* Tech confidence with Microsoft Office – comfortable in Outlook, Word, Excel and able to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent time‐management – prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and keep operations running smoothly
* Strong communication skills – friendly, professional and able to listen, empathise and provide solutions
* Effective interpersonal skills – build trust and positive interactions with consumers and colleagues
* Adaptable administrator – manage a range of tasks, stay organised and problem‐solve flexibly
