Spinifex Recruiting are working with a well-established, community-focused organisation in Junee is seeking an experienced Community Programs Project Officer to support the implementation and launch of newly funded community initiatives.
This is a short-term, hands-on opportunity suited to a candidate who enjoys delivering outcomes, building partnerships, and driving programs through to launch.
About the Role
Working closely with internal staff, you will support the final implementation and activation of community programs, ensuring they are operational, connected, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the rollout of:
o A family support and parenting program
o A youth engagement initiative
* Coordinating the planning and delivery of community wellbeing events
* Establishing referral pathways and strengthening local partnerships
* Bringing together existing frameworks, resources, and program components
* Supporting internal staff with handover and knowledge transfer
This role is aligned to: SCHADS Award Level 4-5 (Social & Community Services stream).
