About the role
The Association of Independently Owned Financial Professionals [AIOFP] is seeking a part time, working from home Book Keeping/Administration person based in Melbourne with a minimum of 5 years practical experience. The successful person will be guaranteed a minimum of 15 hours per week as a contractor recieving $52 per hour gross and will need an ABN. The working hours are very flexible working in conjunction with AIOFP mangement.
What you'll be doing
1. Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts
2. Preparing invoices, payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable
3. Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
4. Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
5. Providing general administrative support, including managing filing, correspondence, and other office duties.
What we're looking for
1. Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and office administration, ideally within a professional services environment
2. Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
3. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suit
