The Role & Responsibilities
* Drive sales and achieve store KPIs
* Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor
* Stock management and high-volume stock processing
* Visual merchandising and store presentation
* Wage control and shrinkage minimisation
* Maintain an organised stockroom and back-of-house operations
* Motivate and support team members to perform at their best

About You
* Passionate about customer service and sneaker/streetwear culture
* Previous retail, leadership, or stockroom experience (highly regarded)
* A motivated, "make it happen" attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible availability across a full-time roster, including:
o Weekdays
o Late nights
o Weekends
o Public holidays
