What You'll Do
* Set up, monitor, and pack down traffic management signs, cones, barriers, and equipment.
* Operate stop/slow bats, portable traffic lights, and radios to manage safe traffic flow.
* Protect crews and the public by enforcing traffic management plans to ensure safe operations.
* Maintain safe work zones by monitoring hazards and conditions to ensure a secure environment.
* Communicate clearly with road users, team members, and supervisors to ensure effective collaboration and understanding.
* Assist with site labouring duties when required.

What We're Looking For
* Current Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) and or Traffic Controller accreditation (TC)
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* C Class driver's licence (minimum).
* Ability to follow traffic management plans accurately.
* Strong awareness, communication, and safety focus.
* Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
* Physically fit to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous traffic control or construction experience.
* Willingness to work nights, weekends, or away when required.
* Interest in progressing into Team Leader or AWTM roles.
