The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of B2B sales experience, including over 5 years of managing sales teams in the Electronic or MRO industry. They will demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a track record of team success and experience managing a team remotely. The candidate should also be familiar with project management methodologies and tools, and have excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.
