Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales and building strong relationships with customers in the APAC market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound sales from hospitality venues and convert them into long-term partnerships.
* Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to increase monthly recurring revenue.
* Collaborate with retailers to build trust and understanding throughout the company.
* Contribute to achieving organizational objectives by working closely with other departments.
This role requires experience in account management, sales development representative, or similar roles. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment and be able to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.
