The Warragul Cemetery Trust is currently seeking a reliable, professional and compassionate Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
· General administrative tasks and office support
· Answering phone and email enquiries
· Record keeping and filing
· Assistance with bookings and appointments
· Supporting basic accounts and invoicing
· Dealing with grief and supporting customers in person
· Attendance at funerals on a regular basis
About You:
· Previous experience in administration is essential
· Basic knowledge of accounts and invoicing
· Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
· Strong compassion skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Hold a current drivers license, and have a reliable car for travel
Location: Warragul VIC 3820
Hours: Part-time - approximately 20 hours a week, days and hours to be negotiated.
