Job Title: HR Business Partner
As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in providing strategic human resources support across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional internal client service and has a hands-on approach while also undertaking strategic work.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing P&C support and advice to designated stakeholders
* Collaborating with senior leadership on employee relations and performance matters
* Managing end-to-end recruitment in partnership with hiring managers
* Maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with legislative requirements
* Preparing documentation and managing employee changes via our HR system
* Offering guidance on policy interpretation and legislation
* Supporting payroll processing and providing standard payroll advice
* Leading key HR projects and initiatives
* Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
About You:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar HR role (preferably within professional services)
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Experience working in legal or professional services (desired)
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate competing demands
* An eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with system administration of HR systems (advantageous)
