People and Culture Advisor
We are partnering with a well-established professional services firm to recruit a People and Culture Advisor for their Perth office.
This is a true generalist opportunity that offers broad exposure, meaningful stakeholder engagement and the chance to make a visible impact across both local and national teams.
Reporting to a senior national People and Culture leader, you will support the Perth office and several national client groups as the first point of contact for a broad range of HR matters.
Responsibilities
Providing end-to-end generalist support across the employee lifecycle
Advising on onboarding, probation, PIPs, culture initiatives and employee relations matters
Administering employee changes, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate HRIS records
Supporting national programs including graduate recruitment, wellbeing initiatives, policy reviews and firm-wide P&C projects
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Partners and key stakeholders
Managing WHS activities and contributing to compliance across the firm
Preparing letters, reports and supporting documentation, and assisting with workflow and HRIS updates as required
Qualifications
HR generalist experience, ideally gained within professional services (legal, consulting, property, engineering etc.)
Confidence managing both advisory work and hands-on administration
A proactive, "roll your sleeves up" attitude
Benefits
