Role Overview

Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager (Grade 2) – Transfer of Care. In this role, you will lead and coordinate patient flow across the facility, overseeing bed management and discharge planning to ensure efficient, safe, and high‐quality care. As part of the management team, you will support clinical staff in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated patient care, while ensuring services are well‐managed and responsive to individual patient needs. You will also play a key role in strengthening connections with external services to support seamless transitions of care.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Category A position; you are required to provide evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination Policy "(PD2024_015)".
* Probationary period of six months from the date of appointment.
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or be able to independently, legally live and work in Australia.
