Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
* Practice autonomously, and provide leadership in clinical decision making to give and/or coordinate care to particular recipients of healthcare services.
* Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
* Continuity of care and the promotion of patient safety and quality are paramount and informed by evidence-based practice consistent with national, state and local mental health policies and directions.
* A case management approach is utilised to facilitate seamless clinical care that encompasses the integration with primary health care, consultant psychiatrists, and other government and non-government service providers.
Remuneration value up to $97 476.40 p.a, comprising salary rates $57.48 - $61.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) (part time, 53.2 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
