Frontline Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to deliver exceptional frontline customer service in our Medical and Surgical Outpatient Departments.
This role supports clinical teams by ensuring the smooth daily operation of clinics, managing waitlists and appointments, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
The successful candidate will communicate regularly with department leaders to ensure efficient service delivery, uphold NSW Health policies and procedures, and contribute to the optimisation of funding models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service to patients and clients
* Support clinical teams in the daily operation of clinics
* Manage waitlists and appointments
* Maintain confidentiality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in a clinic setting including reception duties, phone enquiries, appointment scheduling and data entry
* Effective customer service skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Medicare eligibility and billing practices
