Due to increased business growth, Carey Training Pty Ltd, RTO ID is searching for a Course Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
This role provides excellent opportunity to use and develop your administrative and organisational skills, as well as contributing to the delivery of excellence throughout our organisation. Based in Adelaide, this role will reports directly to the Quality & Compliance Manager and works closely with the State Manager SA & WA and our trainers and assessors across SA & WA to coordinate training delivery, and be the first point of contact for students, employers, and key stakeholders.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
* Minimum two years' experience in an administrative role.
* Enthusiasm for working in the vocational education and training (VET) sector, or other training environment
* Familiarity with Registered Training Organisations (RTO) is beneficial, but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
* A high level of attention to detail
* Willingness to support new student recruitment efforts.
* Proficiency in general administrative tasks, such as data entry, database management, printing, collating of resources as well as generating and distributing training and marketing documentation to stakeholders.
* Capability to process claims for government funding or willingness to learn
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience with student management systems, preferably PowerPro or similar, although not essential.
Applicants will be required to take part in pre-employment testing including drug and alcohol and physical agility, and to provide a national police clearance no older than 12 months.
