**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Preparing employment contracts, HR letters, and other employment-related correspondence.
- Creating HR reports and visually engaging graphs using Excel to present key HR metrics.
- Coordinating and managing the on-boarding process for new staff, including verifying employee checks, and arranging uniforms.
- Assisting in implementing HR continuous improvement initiatives, such as updating policies, procedures, websites, and documents.
- Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee movements and providing necessary information for invoicing purposes.
- General ad-hoc duties as requested by the manager and management team.
**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for an immediately available HR Officer, who is adaptable to a new environment and has excellent communications skills. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable to assist during a very busy period of work. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be continuously busy throughout the day. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with a start date asap, in office role.
