Education & Experience Required:
- Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent qualification, or at least 3 years of full time experience as a Pastrycook.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional pastry and bakery experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and reliability.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Job Duties:
- Preparing dough for breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, muffins and other baked goods.
- Baking and finishing pastries, cakes, desserts, and specialty orders.
- Decorating and icing cakes and baked products to required standards.
- Preparing pastry and desserts for special occasions such as weddings and birthdays.
- Operating and cleaning baking equipment and machinery.
- Monitoring product quality and consistency during production.
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assisting with stock rotation and maintaining a clean work area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
