Job Title
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Program Officers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of mental health services and make a meaningful impact on the lives of consumers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Mental Health Hub Coordinator to plan and schedule activities, coordinate intake processes, and provide inreach and outreach to link consumers with services and supports they require.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform general administration duties, including administration support to the Mental Health Hub coordinator as required.
* Plan and schedule activities for the Mental Heath Hub in line with funding requirements.
* Coordinate and conduct relevant intake processes for consumers.
* Audit and report on program processes.
* Update and maintain databases and other applications as required.
* Provide inreach and outreach to link consumers with services and supports they require.
* Support consumers with NDIS access and referral pathways.
* Research best practice to implement evidence-based tools and documented processes to undertake assessments.
Requirements
1. Cert IV Mental Health (highly desirable).
2. Minimum two years experience in mental health (highly desirable).
3. Experience in program planning and running of group activities.
4. Experience in data collection, auditing, and administrative actions (highly desirable).
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work creatively and detail-oriented.
7. Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and autonomously with minimum supervision.
