About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Consultant to lead our flagship Woodcut & Signorino showroom in Unley. If you're passionate about interiors, thrive in a high-end retail setting, and excel in team leadership, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Reporting to the Residential Sales Director, you'll manage daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver a premium customer experience. You'll implement strategic sales initiatives, and ensure the showroom consistently reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and consistently meet KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge
- Maintain showroom standards, inventory, and procurement
- Oversee rostering, team performance, and CRM management
- Collaborate with leadership to align showroom strategy with business objectives

About You

- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or sales management, ideally in architectural or design-related products
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Confident with sales data, reporting, and CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and an appreciation for luxury interiors
- Tech-savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills
