Bidgerdii Community Health Service is a not-for-profit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Organisation that has been serving the Rockhampton and Central Queensland region for over 30 years.
Established in ****, we provide culturally safe, comprehensive primary healthcare and wellbeing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
With services ranging from general practice and allied health to social and emotional wellbeing, chronic disease management, transport services, and family and children's health, we operate across Rockhampton, Mount Morgan and the Central Highlands.

About the Opportunity
Bidgerdii Community Health Service is looking for a full-time HRM Coordinator based in Rockhampton, QLD.
This role reports to the Corporate Services Manager and will lead the delivery of HR and WHS functions across our growing multi-site health service.
It's a hands-on role requiring a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
About You
To qualify, you will need a tertiary qualification (Certificate IV or Diploma level minimum) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a HR or WHS coordination role is essential.
You will bring a sound understanding of workplace health and safety frameworks and the ability to guide compliance and risk mitigation across multiple sites.
Experience within a not-for-profit, Aboriginal Medical Service (AMS), or community-based organisation will also be highly regarded.
Practical Requirements:
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current C Class Driver's Licence (QLD)
Immunisation requirements – It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A and pertussis (whooping cough) during their employment
Satisfactory Police Criminal History Check
