About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Consultant / Admin to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of sales support, customer service, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced trade environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders
* Process invoices and assist with inventory coordination
* Maintain and update customer records and supplier pricing
* Support the sales team with general administrative tasks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients
* Assist with showroom and office organisation as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a sales or admin role (building or trade industry preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory/sales systems
* A proactive and customer-first mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
