Job Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee the administration, configuration and optimization of a Human Capital Management system. This includes ensuring that the platform supports current and future business needs.
About the Role:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the system, including configuration, business process maintenance, security and user access.
* Lead or support projects related to system upgrades, new module implementations and integrations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
* Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support operational requirements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for system support and other third-party vendors or consultants.
* Provide training and support to end users and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
About You:
* Commitment to align with organization's mission, motivation and values.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Significant experience in system administration and modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll etc.
* Strong understanding of system reporting and calculated fields.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
